Hi, Ihave an ongoing claim for Lloyds. I've got to the stage of going to court, and this is where the confusion happens.

My account was opened in England, and I moved to Scotland 3 years ago. My bank account never moved to Scotland, this caused all sorts of problems, as there are many things that the Scottish folk cannot do to an English bank account (I had one bank manager up here credit my account by £100 to cover the charge that would go out, because he was unable to take the charge off!)

Anyway, I have £792 of claims. the sheriffs court can only accept claims for £750, or do i need to go to the english small claims court because my claim is on an english account? Do i need to drop the £42 to bring my claim under the £750 scottish maximum? why are the scots so tight?
