I started my claim at the end of March. I received a letter stating that they were invistigating my case and the FSA gives them up to 8 weeks.

 

8 weeks later the letter cme declining my request for reimbursement and that the charges had been applied correctly. How they calculated them is "Commercially sensitive" and they couldn't explain this!!

 

Where do I find the template for the next letter Could someone supply a link to where to regtister for the templates library.

WHich letters have you actually sent up to now Margie?/

 

I'm assuming just the request for payment of your charges? If so then you need to send an LBA (letter before action) next.

 

If you have registered on the forum you dont need to register separatley for the templates library.

I've just sent the initial letter requesting repayment. My mistake was waiting the 8 weeks.

Hi Margaret, yes it was but everyone makes those

 

Everyone on here is learning new things every day I reckon lol

 

If I was you I would send the letter before action as soon as you can................the sooner the better
