I started my claim at the end of March. I received a letter stating that they were invistigating my case and the FSA gives them up to 8 weeks. 8 weeks later the letter cme declining my request for reimbursement and that the charges had been applied correctly. How they calculated them is "Commercially sensitive" and they couldn't explain this!! Where do I find the template for the next letter Could someone supply a link to where to regtister for the templates library. Margaret

I have just had a letter from halifax plc stating that they are declining to reimburse me the £1,800 taken from me over the past 6 years and say that the charges have been applied correctly and will continue to charge me in the same way if I go overdrawn again. What ios the next step? If I go to court, have I a good chance of winning?
