Any help needed to fill in just ask.

You can do the exempt form at the court. You will just need to sign it. They normally fill it in for you.

Don't worry Moneyhelp

I have won 4 claims now and the Halifax was the easiest

As soon as they acknowledged my claim they settled.

It didn't even get to the limit for submitting a defence.

It was over before it started, bit of an anti climax really after battling till the death with Barclays & Abbey.
