Hi everyone,

Right, I sent my Data Protection Act, my particulars of claim, and my lba complete with spreadheets, have had 2 rejection letters, do I take them to court now?

Thanks for any advice.

Paula

1.Your data protection act? Did you get everything they need to supply?

2.Your particulars of claim? Do you mean preliminary letter?

3.lba complete with spreadsheets - sounds fine if point 2 above is ok?

4. have had 2 rejection letters - see above

5. Do I take them to court now - if yes to all of above then yes you do.

Good luck keep us posted

Hi Faithless,

yes there is a charge to take court action, the charge is based on teh amount you are claiming starting at £30. The details of the charges can be found on The hmcs moneyclaim online website. there are exemptions for people on benefits etc, again details on hmcs moneyclaim website
