Hi

 

i think i have done too much reading on here and confused myself,

 

i have filled out the n1 form to give to my local court, i am going to do the schedules with it aswell but its asking for case number will the courts give this to me when i hand my form in...

 

i just dont want to get thrown out i want to be prepared as much as i can , once i do this how long does it take? and whats the next steps i do

 

sorry to sound so thick but i have read links after links and threads after threads and just confused but want to be 100%

 

so please please can someone help me :-)

Hi all,

 

Am looking for some help. on the middle of all this test case buisness i have recieved letters from barclays and lloyds saying that everything is on hold etc( they are standard letters)

i submitted my court forms a while before this happened i today recieved from the courts a defence letter saying they have put up a defence and i have to complete the aq questionaire, can anyone advise me how to do this??

 

also what is the situation with the charges now i am still reading through forums but a summary would be helpful..

 

arre they still paying out????

Hi

Firstly it is up to the individual Court whether the claim is stayed or not, it is not up to the Bank. Have a read of these links:

thanks alot did want to keep stalking you with the pm's i spoke to the court and they never said it was stayed so as far as they are concerned at the moment its still going ahead!!

Hi

 

i am in need of some desperate help!!

 

i started a claim against lloyds at the beginning of the year and been so busy with new baby and job and house etc ( i know i dont do things by halves) lol

i done all the letters and then threatened them with court got the forms for court then left it so i am wanting to pursue again now and just wondering wether i need to start off again with the 1st reclaiming letter or do i continue wat i started i am just worried if i continue where i left off b4 they will throw that bk at me so if i got to do it all again thats fine i would rather and be correct so please any help greatly appreciated
