had letter from postie seems my court 3 weeks behind as got letter from court saying halifax aknowledged claim on 7th August so now gonna sit and wait see if they defended also when rang court up on Tues lady said they had received nothing then letter come means they had til 5 th Sept to put defence in ,, so im back to sitting twiddling thumbs again lol .

 

hope you hear something soon also regards

Think that might be wrong DK they have 28 days from date deemed served to file defence.

Just come back from cleanin the tee-pee out Stone gonna get the buffalo on the spit soon , best part is the leg. lol;)

 

Btw Dk Stone was right when he said that its 28 days from the deemed served date so you may have to wait just a wee bit longer.

 

Ive not heard anything else yet but hopefully will get some news next week.

Regarding the buffalo Stone Ive just skinned a couple and thought of you when I was draggin them away by the tail. Think the rear part would make very fetching headwear for you . Keep your ears warm at night.
