hi this is all new to me,so i may need some help alony the way.

i have joint current account with the alliance & leicster[edit] .

i had my acount for over 20 years,i can not open a2nd acount get an overdrafed but in the last week alone i have been charged £99.00 for two missed debt payments.

I have three young sons one of which as dyspraxia and my wife cant work as she because of medical problems,so with one wage and no help we are in a rut,So its time to firght back

have just spoken to a&l about more charges agian and asked why i had a letter or statements back only to be tolded they had not had any request for statments.have proof of deliver they have not draw onthe cheque i send them saying the acount was other draw on the 22/2/07 yet £3.000 was paid in on the 21/02/07 what do i do now

Your next move is to send the non compliance letter;

In that letter are spaces for you to put the estimated amounts, There is a timescale that the bank has to stick too. If they ask for more time say no and then take your case to court. The easiest way for an amount below £5000 is via mcol;
