What a fab site, it's life changing. Getting there with Abbey waiting for response to LBA having been given a derisory sum as a 'gesture of goodwill' (I'm filling up here!). But also have lots of debt from hard times in the past. Went to Court because I hadn't received the initial claim on one debt but Judge decided it was 'good service' just because the claim was posted, not even registered. We now have judgements and 2 charging orders on our property. The action was from Asset Link who bought the debts from GE Money. Any ideas out there please? Don't really understand the CCA challenge and whole deed of asignment thing.:-?
