OK - my first post :)

I have been paying these damn charges waaaayy too long :-x and now its time for some payback. This forum has been an absolute gem.

By my reckoning they owe me about £1800 but I want every last penny back from the [edit].

I have my template letter to request data (step 1) - just one question - who do I make the £10 SAR request cheque payable to? :?:

Couldn't find that info here - I would presume i make it payable to "Lloyds TSB" but want to get it right first time - can enayone help/advise?

Am also getting my Consumer Action Group labels so they know im serious.

Hi Danners.

I paid mine to "Lloyds TSB". That'll be fine.

Well done on the labels. It all helps keep the site going.

OK - have received list of charges for 1 account but not the other despite clear instructions in my original DPA subject access request letter for both accounts - have sent letter back plus another £10 DPA fee in case this is needed for each account.

can anyone let me know what i do about Overdraft Interest - how can i calculate what i can claim back from this?

Hi

You need to use one of the Advanced spreadsheets, it's quite complicated to do though:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/182-6-interest-calculation-spreadsheets.html

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Barty:)

I WON!!!! :D :D :D

IF I HAVE BEEN HELPFUL PLEASE CLICK THE SCALES:)
