I have a ourt date with Barclays, 26th March 2007.

 

I have had a simular exeperience as other members with Barclays receiving a settlement offer early on for £800 when I am claiming for £2418.

 

I am going to try and keep everyone informed of my case from now on as I am about to send of my court bundle as soon as someone has taken a look and said that it all looks good:

Lap, first of all, I seriously suggest you edit the link and remove all your personal information from the pdf document...the whole world can see your details and in the interests of security that is not good!

Thanks guys.......I wasn intending on leaving the document there for very long but your right, a lot of personal information there... NOT A GOOD IDEA! Ill try and edit out the personal info and then repost but if it all appears to be there I may well just send it on.
