Has anyone out in CAG land had a court date set for 26/3/07 at atlrincham county court? against Barclays

alistark they will prob do that anyway

on my prelim letter i just claimed for the charges but added interest when i did my MCOL

Has anyone had their Barclaycard Credit limit Revised Downwards since delivering their court papers to the litigation dept at Barclays? I got home tonight to find a letter from barclaycard saying that they had conducted one of their regular reviews and decided to reduce by half my credit limit. they said there decision was based on "customer profiling,taking into account all availible Financial information.This does not just inculed Barclaycard information but also that provided by credit reference agencies". They also say that they have withdrawn my UK cash withdrawal facility for 6 months. They then go on to say they will regularly reveiw this account but cannot guarantee that they will increase the limit in the future and that at the present time they are not prpared to reverse ths decision this letter can with no warning what so ever yes maybe i have been afew days late on paying but when this has happened i have paid more then quoted and have always paid more than the minimum. i was just going to stop cliaming frm barclays but now i am going to order may statments from barclaycard ps my court date with barclays 26/03/07 10am

could this judges striking out be used in other court cases o at least be mentioned in court?

Hi Dene i am at the same stage as you with barclays and i have just had to fill in a allocation questionaire and send in a traking fee of £100.00 as my claim is now over £1500

to anyone out there in CAG land especially Tedblue, Caro, Lovatt, could you let me know how you got on with your business claims as i have the same problem but i dont think i can claim as the company has ceased trading.

yes i did but trying to get stronger now but now having to take them to court and getting worried again, would you recomend filing on line if so do i but the barclays branch address or the head office in london

hi to all i have just joined CAG and thought I would let you know where i am upto with my claim against barclays first letter requesting statments sent 6/6/06 giving them 40 days to reply, after 40 days gentle reminder 18/7/06 sent first request of repayment of £1637.98 (no response). Sent second letter 8/8/06 received response looking at claim but will take upto 4 weeks. 26/8/06 received offer of £600.00 as gesture of good will, sent letter refusing offer, final letter from barclays its that offer or nothing. now its the scary time and now getting doubts

Hi to all in the CAG I would like to introduce myself and tell you where i am upto with my claim against Barclays. I have been writing to them since 6/6/2006 (i thought the 3x 6`s might help) and after various letters i have just refused their low offer of £600 against my claim of £1637.98. so now its the scary bit taking them to the small caims court.
