  4. I have a ourt date with Barclays, 26th March 2007. I have had a simular exeperience as other members with Barclays receiving a settlement offer early on for £800 when I am claiming for £2418. I am going to try and keep everyone informed of my case from now on as I am about to send of my court bundle as soon as someone has taken a look and said that it all looks good: If you have a spare 5 minutes can you take a look and give me some feedback.   5. New to these forums and only just started my claim with Barclays. I guess everyone worries that they're the first to go to court with Barclays. I hope your not to. Good Luck!
