:? Hi everyone have just joined and already have a couple of questions. I have already started the ball rolling and have now added up all my charges to claim, but I am worried about sending my next letter asking for these charges to be repaid, as I have a flexiloan with the said bank (HSBC) that I am using, can they ask for this to be repaid whether they do or do-not close my account after claiming? Also I have a joint account with my husband that is run very well and is never overdrawn, can they ask for this to be closed aswell after my claim, as my name is on it. Note obviously I am only claiming for charges on my personal account and not our joint account. Please can anyone help!

Ok they can not ask you to repay the loan if you claim, they usually do not close accounts and if they do there is action you can take. I advise you to reclaim your charges.

Start by reading the FAQs and step by step instructions (linked in my signature)these will guide you through the processs.
