Hi,

I am new to your forum and was looking for some help please.

I am following the procedures to claim my charges back from Halifax, I have got the final stage before filing court papers.

Their 14 days are up tomorrow and i am getting ready to send the papers. I am going to do this online.

Does anyone know what address I should be putting on the court papers and do I have to specify a person or can it just be Halifax PLC?

Would be grateful for any replies.:)

Thanks

I assume you mean which bank address? If so, use the Trinity Road one and no particular person just Halifax plc.

Further info on the MCOL form

You can go in MCOL now and play so you get used to it. It asks for payment before it makes anything final. So don't pay and delete it.
