Hi, I am new to your forum and was looking for some help please. I am following the procedures to claim my charges back from Halifax, I have got the final stage before filing court papers. Their 14 days are up tomorrow and i am getting ready to send the papers. I am going to do this online. Does anyone know what address I should be putting on the court papers and do I have to specify a person or can it just be Halifax PLC? Would be grateful for any replies. Thanks
