  6. Hello, First time posting but am now in process of filing court claim against Halifax. So far the have offered me £200 towards a £400 claim. I have started my filing on line court claim, but am a bit worried about what I am writing as I haven't got the small claims book. Previously, I hadn't calculated the overdraft interest, but now should I include the 8% interest in my claim. Any suggestions for wording etc. would be gratefully appreciated! Thanks!
