Would any one be able to advise me on my case ? we have sent out the first letter to get back the statments showing all interest charges, I have calculated all charges on two accounts with the Lloyds TSB,and that letter has also been sent.

The charges I have claimed for are !

Account charges

Overdraft exccss fee

Overdraft interest

unpaid direct debits

unpaid cheques

unpaid standing orders

At the moment the two accounts total £11389.15 is this wise to have the two accounts together and what are soliciters cost on this amount

We have had a reply from the bank saying that there fees are legitimate and that there is no point continuing

many thanks ERP

Firstly, i would split the claims up so they are seperate. £11000 is quite a large claim and there is more chance that it will stay in the small claims court if it is a lower amount.

there won't be any solicitors costs at all ok. As long as you follow the process on the site you will be ok. And take no notice of the bank at all, they will fob you off all the way along.

I would suggest you read the success stories in the Lloyds forum and of course the FAQ pages.

Then start your own thread so people can follow your progress and advise accordingly.
