Please can someone help, I sent a S.A.R.S request to LLoyds on the 11th of Jan for my son, it's coming up to the 40 day limit and still nothing has arrived. I sent it to the head office 25 Gresham St London. I know it was signed for on the 17th of Jan as i have proof of postage. What i need to know is what should i do if the statements don't arrive by the 40 day limit????????

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Firstly don't worry - Lloyds seem to be missing S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) deadlines a lot lately. If nothing turns up by the 40th day then send the relevant letter from the thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/6986-data-protection-act-non.html

You will probably find the statements turn up shortly afterwards.

Good luck. Lucid :)

You can or you can send it to the Data Protection Manager:

Penny Berryman

Lloyds TSB Bank PLC

The Pentagon

48 Chiswell Street

London

I know that some people who used Gresham Street never had their letter delivered, but you've had confirmation that it was signed for. Good luck. Lucid :)
