i have just recieved a letter from RBS in regards to my complaint

they are sending me a copy of my statements and want me to add up all the charges and dates and they say there are willing to come sort of agreement. what should i do ? any advice would be much appreciated. thnx...

 

oh and they are not going to charge me for the copy of my statements

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

they havn't sent out my copy of my statements but have sent me a letter about the £300 pound charges i owe. they are using a dept recovery agency who is issueing me with threats of bailiff's or court proceedings any idea what i should do....?

 

where can i find the step by step instruction's
