its been weeks now since R.B.S sent me a letter saying that they would send me a copy of my statements, free of charge. any ideas what i should do......seem's they are trying to fob me off. they are also trying to take me to court for £300 i owe in unpaid DD which started off at £90 im in a right pickle and dont know what to do, should i ring them ??????

after recieving the letter of the bank saying they would send my statements nothing has arrived. its been nearly 3 weeks and nothing any ideas ???

they havn't sent out my copy of my statements but have sent me a letter about the £300 pound charges i owe. they are using a dept recovery agency who is issueing me with threats of bailiff's or court proceedings any idea what i should do....? where can i find the step by step instruction's im truly lost -

they want me to add up all the charges and want reason's for why im claiming each on back. -
i have just recieved a letter from RBS in regards to my complaint they are sending me a copy of my statements and want me to add up all the charges and dates and they say there are willing to come sort of agreement. what should i do ? any advice would be much appreciated. thnx... oh and they are not going to charge me for the copy of my statements
