Is point 1 The claimant hasnt provided a complete breakdown of charges .. or words to that effect ?

I assume that it was the standard blurd as as I said it was a wel copied document but seems to be a different standadrd blurb to the one saint and daren are refuring to. I will get my wife to type it (shes quicker than me) and post it. I also assumed that it was standard blurb as the points mentined are points that have been actioned already if you see what I mean
