I all, hope this is in the right section. I am currently in an IVA and many of my loans were made up from excessive charges. Just wondering if the same procedure applies. Also are there different letters to be sent?

So many questions, lol!

Exactly the same rules apply, same letters too.

The only thing you might want to change in the letter is where it refers to the type of charges, but even that you don't need to change.

good luck!

IF you're asking do the laon comapnies provide statements? Yes they should.

if you don't have details just send them a DPA request with the ten pounds and get adding the charges up! :)

Thanks for that! Because most of my loans have gone to Debt Collection Agencies, will the bank who I got the loan with give me a copy of the Debt Collectors charges or am I stuck with them? IE, will I have to send the DPA to everyone who has dealt with my account and possibly added charges?

Hope that makes sense, as usual.
