If Companies House is still showing the address you used as being their registered office, then presumably you've got them. Why not enquire with Companies House about how long it takes them to process a change of registered address - by checking this out you may expose JBW.

 

It may be that JBW are telling the truth.

i am editing this as i believe this is a bailiff from jbw looking for informatio which could be potetially used against them in court.

this new companies main job is to track down cars and people who have not paid theire fines. Also do not forget jbw have a massive database hence this is i believe just a coverup.

I have heard a rumour can somebody confirm this that when jamie waller was on the bailiff programme. He was working for drakes group limited and the whole of the jbw enforcement management or part of it used to work for drakes group limited ? In theory being ex drakes ?

If everybody follows through from the start of the thread then they will know what has been happening also you must also try all of the links that jbw are referring to for your own satisfaction. All i have seen is blatant [edit] over and over again. If anybody else has a bone to pick with jbw then stick it on here. If you go to [link removed] there you will see the latest revelations from the directors and will also see the last email in which mr waller is [edit] mr newton. If mr newton has only been out once or twice then why am i as upset as i am ? Because i have shredded all the ecvidence against them. That is why they will not respond to my sar. That is the only reason. Anyway as this is going to court i will see what happens next. Then somebody with only a total post of 6 comes and tries to tell me i am a nutter ?

Martin I would never want to disrepect you or this forum because I think it is a wicked forum which has helped so many people.

 

But this guy has serious issues and seems like he has an axe to grind, and people are just following like sheep.

 

Why go through all this. Its not a case of a DCA taking the mick or trying to enforce an agreement which doesnt comply with the law.

 

This is a case of a man who does not know how to park his car properly.

So what meshi is saying that does not condone bailiff actions and their dirty tricks ? If bailiff companies are that great why do you not put your experience down. Also people are following to see the outcome of this action as this is just the tip of the iceberg. The other thing i cannot get is you have only been on for a few weeks with 8 posts and 3 of them in this forum then why start to slaag people off when you have not read all of the threads ? I mean the complete threads and all the relevant links. If anything was incorrect then by now i would have some action taken against me. Also you can say what you want to me but When you sveral hundred of even thousands of people writing the same thing what will you do then ?
