Hi Zanna

The next stage is you will receive an Allocation Order and directions from the court. This will tell you which track your claim has been allocated to, any pre trial requirements such as disclosure and either a date or a window in which the case will be heard.

It's more likely that you will get a cheque before any of this happens.

It might be a good idea to re post this in your original thread. It makes it much easier to keep track of things.

Zanna

Stick to one thread!!! Bookworm has just merged 14 and now here's another one!

It makes it hard for people to help you if you're flying around all over the place - they don't know you've replied if you start a new thread.

To reply to an existing thread, simply go all the way to the last one posted and, immediately underneath, you'll find a button marked 'post reply'. press it and you'll be on the same one. Or use the quick reply box, which is what I'm doing now.

Getting to an existing thread is, IMHO, easier than starting a new one. When you get your e-mail alert, click on the blue-highlighted thread name in the 'xxxxx has replied...' paragraph. If it won't click, for whatever reason, copy the whole thread name and paste it into the address panel in your browser.

Best wishes

Well done Zanna! You've successfully replied to this thread!

I'm going to reply to your other existing thread - the 14-threads-merged-one - so you can find your way back to that one, too.

If you find yourself lost again, click on your name at the side of one of your posts, click then on 'view public profile'. Scroll down a bit and you will see a choice of viewing all threads started by you. click on it and you will, indeed, get a list of all your current threads. Click on the one that suits your requirements and you will find yourself there! You will be at the beginning but you will find, above the first post, a box on the right-hand side that will tell you how many pages you have and give you the choice of going straight to the last (i.e., most recent) page. If you click on that it will take you there. Otherwise, just scroll down the page until you come to the end.

Hope that helps.
