...as for Dx, he has the knowledge to write a fiendish application for a charging order that will have even a debtor in joint ownership begging for an instalment plan. We both know that, but he and the site will never go public with anything meaningful.

thats the way the system works sadly.

if the claimant doesn't understand the law it's not for the court to tell them what they are doing is pointless.

today on average they are 750'000 speculative claims issued every year, it's what the automated northants bulk court was created to handle,  the shear volume of these claims.

as i said earlier...DCA's have been around since the mid 1970's doing this, attaining a CCJ then going for a 'charging Order'. which to all intent an purpose, on a jointly owned property is totally useless.

they've never found a legal way around securing payment to this date after realising a restriction k is worthless to them, and i can assure you, if there were a way of doing so by adding a few words, they have all the money in the world to employ specialist barristers to do so...as it would guarantee them £10m's. to date they haven't.... speaks volumes.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
