Saw an article on the news and thought why should the banks have it all their own way..... I have managed to get the blighters to refund the odd charge, but this seems almost too easy......

I hope that I can be as successful as the many who have triumphed....

However, I am sure that the banks will not take this sitting down.... They will get their cut out of us one way or another..... Maybe they will start charging again......?

Anyway until then I will persue my cut of their profits......

Hi Nig.

Anyway until then I will persue my cut of their profits......

You will not be taking a cut of THEIR profits, you will be getting back YOUR OWN money that the bank has unlawfully taken from you.:D

Please spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide. That will answer most of your initial questions.

For the best prospects of success, you must follow the well-tried and tested procedures suggested on this site, TO THE LETTER.

Please open your own thread in your bank's forum and post any questions and progress reports there. Then we will be better able to offer help and guidance, if you need it.

Good luck with your claim.

Regards, Rooster.

It is much easier to answer a "stupid" question than to have to bail you out later when you have made a real pig's ear of your claim. :D

Hi Sillymove

Yes you can. It's your money and you need to send an S.A.R. (subject access request ) to get your statements. when you have those work out the charges and ask for them back. There are some links below to assist you get around the site. Can you open up a thread in the future under your banks name, so that your questions will be dealt with quickly.

Good luck
