  • dx100uk changed the title to Athena ANPR PCN - Overstay - Lidl Clacton-on-Sea Essex

there are 100's of topics here regarding LIdl and Athena PCN's

no-one can change the original parking time limit given by the council in initial planning permission.

simply write to lidl with proof of your purchases and they normally get Athena to cancel the speculative invoice..

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Ok, dont appeal this to the parking co but get on to Lidl's customer services peopel and ask them to cancel. You wont even need your receipt as long as you can remember the time  you were there and some of the items you bought.

Now the NTK may well be defective anyway and chances are there is no planning consent for the signs and cameras
