us vs halifax/ advice needed

HI fokes, Advice needed please, Sent LBA on the 8th november and today 10th recived a letter from halifax basicaly telling me thay are not going to pay back the charges and to contact the ombudsman, now what i realy whant to know do i procide with the court action procidur now or do i still wate untill the 14 days are up on the LBA, thanks ALL

Hi,you must wait until 14 days are up on your LBA,and then file your court claim.Stick to your timetable it`s hard todo I know,but you will win in the end.Good luck.

Thank's ocharged, it realy pi__ed me of coz i recived my monthy statment today aswell and thay have charged me anather £100+ charges, when i file through the corts can i put this charge down on the form to, thanks

Yes you can add charges right up to the date you file your court claim.Hope this helps and good luck.

filled in moneyclaim on line how do you get particulars of claim to fit in form to get it to submit too many lines and characters?? is there a template to paste and copy?
