filled in moneyclaim on line how do you get particulars of claim to fit in form to get it to submit too many lines and characters?? is there a template to paste and copy?

Thank's ocharged, it realy pi__ed me of coz i recived my monthy statment today aswell and thay have charged me anather £100+ charges, when i file through the corts can i put this charge down on the form to, thanks

HI fokes, Advice needed please, Sent LBA on the 8th november and today 10th recived a letter from halifax basicaly telling me thay are not going to pay back the charges and to contact the ombudsman, now what i realy whant to know do i procide with the court action procidur now or do i still wate untill the 14 days are up on the LBA, thanks ALL

Hi Help/advice needed please, we have sent the preliminary approach letter with spreadsheet of charges, got a phone call with an offer which we declined and said to proceed by letter. Had an offer by letter, do we now send lba or another letter declining this amount? THEN lba?? CHEERS!! P.s. 14 days not up till 7/11/06 Have they responded positively, how do we now respond to this offer which is way below what we are claiming.
