And you missed the second payment by three days?

So i am guessing here but.

You got a notice of enforcement, rang them, and started an arrangement?

The original(guessing how much) bill of £200 would have been £275 at that point.(£75 compliance fee)

The arranagement was set.

You then defaulted and they have now visited? (this will incur a charge of £235).

They may(unlikely) put you back on arrangement if you pay your arrears, but more than likely they will now be looking to remove goods to cover the debt like a car, or if you let them in(highly advise that you dont) then household goods.

There are steps you can take to get this taken back by the client but again, we need more info.

Do you live at the address?

Are your goods at the address?

Do you own a car? do you own THE car that the warrant applies to(original ticketed car)?

Are you in any way vulnerable?

Have you met the Enforcement Agent?

There are other questions that can be asked about stages that should have been followed PRIOR to enforcement, but other should be along shortly to ask those.
