I recently used the Meet and Greet airport parking at Gatwick North only to find that when I returned there was damage to the rear bumper. I registered this with the company and after two emaile they're claiming that they have discussed the case with our Operations management team and as per original response, they do not believe that the chip on the rear bumper of your vehicle has been caused through any negligence of on site Apcoa staff, as this is not consistent with Valet moves. After making a final investigation this is thier definitive response and have therefore marked this case as closed.

This is annoying as it wasnt there when I dropped it off and this is a new car so not happy that it's been damaged while in the responibility of others.

Any idea if I have any legal rights or next steps I can take ?

Then do as advised in post #2. Get a quote for the repair and send them a copy, give them 14 days saying that if they haven't paid in that time you will use small claims.

It will cost you around £50 so worth doing and if you win you get that back.
