already had part payment from lloydstsb between 2000-2007 but they say that unless I can produce some documented evidence that I was paying ppi on the same credit card between 1995-2000 they don't have case to answer even though they have a signed credit agreement from me they won't pay out have proof that I spent in excess of £35000 on card

Hi and welcome to CAG.

Even though we know and they know they will have all details on this account, they hide behind the Statue of Limitations and will only send information going back 6 years. They should keep all information for 6 years after closure of the account for money laundering reasons.

You could try sending the SAR in the Library section and see if they mess up and send you the information you require.

I've seen two sars from Lloyds that went back to 1995

go get 'em

the FOS also allow you to apply an avg payment for the months you do not know

going by the info you do know.

its also worth noting that Lloyds

have on several occasions use their 'default' payment sum

which comes in at bout £1200 whereby they have no info

other than they know the customer 'had' PPI.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
