So after lots of problems with jobcentre with my claim for jsa income based today I've received paper saying that I have passed the right to reside and habitual residence test. Does that mean I will get JSA?

Yes, probably. HabRes/RTR is complex, but as long as you are seen as "economically active" in the UK - that is, working or looking for work having worked in the past, you should be entitled.
