hi everyone, im new to all this and could do with advice. i have had my statements from lloyds and worked out all my charges. i applied them to the spreadsheet to work out the interest and then wrote a letter asking for around £1600 to be refunded to me. i had a long letter back saying they will not pay and about taking my cards off me and asking me to consider a new bank accout elsewhere. i actually closed my account with the lloyds over a year ago but they didnt acknowledge this at all. where do i now go from here? can anyone advise? you all sound like you are doing very well. i cant really afford to make any upfront payments. any advice would be appreciated. thanks alison

I notice you have posted these comments within two different threads.

 

Firstly you need to read the FAQ section, this will tell you everything you need to know.

 

Then, if you have more questions start a new treat called something like Alison vs Lloyds and people will be able to help.

 

It is worth taking time out to really have a good read through the guidance notes and FAQ's as it will tell you pretty much all you need.

its good to see people are getting there money back, lloyds really

seam to be trying to spin these claims out as long as possible don't they.

this should be a confidence booster for anybody wavering at the moment.

were you after them for a lot of money or just a small amount?
