Could this be a laptop where someone has changed the sticker perhaps? Any chance you can take a photo of it and upload it?

might not be the case but from my own curiosity

was it a managers special?

it might not make much differnce however im wondering if it might have had a wrong part fitted before purchase

im trying to think and i think a g6-2250 has a touch screen

is it a flat glass front or a plastic bezel that dips in towards the screen?

Hi labrat,

I can't remember if it was on offer. It only cost £350, plus £100 for package Windows Norton and Cloud. The screen is not glass, it bends in slightly when touched.

Thanks

  • 2 weeks later...

Try booting and hitting F11 as it boots

if you did a system restore that might not help

F11 on boot goes into a built in recovery and that should restore it to a just brought condition
