  1. I am needing some guidance on the best way to escalate a dispute to obtain a refund I am legally entitled to under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The situation is I purchased a product online worth £620 and requested a return within the 14 day cooling off period. Curry's acknowledged my request was valid and said they would arrange collection and process the refund. However, it has now been many months, and despite repeated calls, they have not collected the item or issued my refund. Thus far I've only been met with empty promises. I have not even been given an explanation for why they are not fulfilling my valid return and refund request. I have meticulously documented all correspondence and have evidence showing I acted within my 14 day cancellation rights. Please can anyone experienced with consumer disputes advise the best way I can formally escalate this? Are small claims court or action through a regulator my next steps? I'm willing to invest time and reasonable costs to enforce my rights, but would like guidance on the most effective route. Any advice from those who have encountered similar situations would be greatly appreciated. I want to take the right action but am frustrated with the lack of accountability to this point. Please help!
