Hi all,

I started an electricians course in 2010 with train4trade skills.

When their representative came around he explained the course to me but didnt tell me it was a 3 year course.

*Instead he said 'Learn at your own pace in your own time'.

I thought it would be suitable fir me because I currently work different shifts.

In 2011 I went to their centre near Leeds and took a couple of exams.

Earlier on this year I went to log onto their website via password and user name it wouldnt allow me to.

I phoned them up and they told me because my course had expired.

I explained they never told me it was a 3 year course.

They told me I had to pay all their money off.

They have taken money for exams which I didnt do and also for an advanced level of the course which I hadnt even started.

Can I get some money back??

I still have their contract which I signed it mentions nothing about the course being 3 years.

Somebody please help.

Sorry not sure under what section this would be posted under so I have posted it here to start with

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
