I'd say its £750 total. I think the card number will probably be the same, just the name on the card is different.

 

You're just an additional card holder, you haven't got your own credit account.

 

All IMO though. Await further advice or ask in store for confirmation.

No, I don't believe so. I'm sure at application stage the only information they need about an additional

Card holder is their name! ANYBODY can be an additional card holder, I don't believe credit checks are carried out on additional card holders.

As bombaymix advises.. it is the "account" limit.

 

As the account is your husband's then this shouldn't show on your credit file.

OK well, our card numbers are totally different...and theres two ' welcome to ur argos card ' papers...one says my credit limit is 750, and other says hubbys is 750 limit. Although when he rang up to ' confirm ' the cards had arrived safely...the woman activated both cards.... so i was a bit confused. Its ok i will give them a call xx
