I've been paying them £1 a week,

but C d k erupt solicitors rang and left a voicemail telling me I owed 728

and if I didn't pay it going to court as it a high amount

 

then left a voicemail for my partner saying he owed 1238

and that they taking his to court as well

Ask CK Headache to put their pathetic little threats into black and white.

 

They wont go near a Court.

 

If they do, the Judge will laugh at them as you have been paying.

I asked coz i owe money to both greenwoods and provident, and just coz im from bradford doesnt mean i work for them!! jeez!!

Been getting statement but also letters saying you still owe, as not paying agreed amount,

By law they have to send statements, regardless of it getting paid or not.

Yes, but the debt collectors claim they now own debt, so I shouldn't be receiving anything from green woods

just thought i would give an update,

 

 

paying a £1 a week on them and for last 3 months haven't due to finicial difficulties,

 

 

today got letter saying both debts sold to lowell,

 

 

i know lowell like to take everything to court

 

 

shall i just start repaymets of £1 a week.

usually points to something smelling.
