Hi all, looking for some advice. I have stupidly got myself into a vicious circle with these payday loans, I have not missed any payments as yet, last week I was due to pay nearly £600 to Wonga and set up a repayment plan 2 days before so that one should be under control.

I owe around £400 to Lending Stream (just posting amounts off top of my head give or take a few £s), £150 to Quid.co.uk and £100 to Peachy.

I wish to set up repayment plans with each of these companies. I understand I need to cancel my card. How do I go about cancelling the CPA I think it's called? Do I go into the bank to request this or do it over the telephone, in writing? How do I know that this has been done? I cannot open a new bank account it is a joint account with my partner it would cause far too much hassle to do this before my payments are due next week.

I am also concerned about these companies making calls to my work as I have read before that this can happen?

Any advice would be very helpful

Anyone?

I have went into my bank and they gave me a number to call, so I called them and put in a request to have the recurring payments stopped with Lending Stream, I was told that the request would be made and a note put on my account so that id they did try to take money and succeeded I would get that money back the same day. I asked why they would be allowed to take a payment if I had specifically requested them not to? I can't even remember what she said to be honest. I asked for confirmation in writing of our discussion which they can't do. So now I just need to sit and wait and hope they don't try wipe my account? I am now about to contact Lending Stream via email/letter with my repayment plan request what is the best option?
