Hello

I bought a car in the dark because I did not have time to go during the day or at the weekend and I needed a car.

Yes a foolish thing to do.

In the morning I noticed that all doors and dash had condensation water marks all over them.

The Mazda dealer told me that everything was fine.

This was the first time I have ever bought from a dealer and therefore I trusted them to be telling me the truth and I was obviously paying more for this.

I bought it last Friday 21st December 2012.

Where do I stand ?

Can I get my money back ?

Thanks

Dave

if the car has been sitting around for a long time

i'd expect it to be a bit damp this time of year

if its got aircon

run that on full blast for a good 30mins with all the doors and windows closed

that should remove the moisture

then see if it comes back.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
