made a slight boo boo when i was working out my charges from THEIR sheets i diddn`t notice that there were a couple of duplicated charges so in fairness i have over charged them by £125!! now i am not too far down the road as i have only sent the prelim letter to which no 1 even looked at just got the standard blah blah 2 days later is it ok to ammend my amount on my LBA or do i just leave it as it is?? any input would be appreciated guys thanks.

It's not a problem just amend the LBA when the time comes. Let's face it, they didn't bother to read the first letter and they won't bother to read the LBA.

sorry gone a bit quit at my end i have received a final letter from our friend Mr just even though i have not sent the LBA yet!! trying to get my timing right, parachute deployed but i don't want to use it as i`m hoping Lloyd's are not going to be funny and call in my overdraft. If they do i cant really have them do it just as i get paid as that would certainly put me up the creek without a paddle. Also i`m struggling at the moment to find the funds to take it to court. Which i know the banks are counting on to lessen their losses.
