  3. dark sorry but your really just not getting it this site runs off donations, you were not asked to sign a contract stating that you would give 5% of your claim it is entirely up to you if you give anything so lets just cut the **** hey pal. your just troling i could sit here and argue the toss all night because unlike some i`m not too busy hepling people out to answer tits like you.
  4. what a tosser why dont you just go awayyou got your money back and now want to moan about the "service" you got from a FREE site!!!! oh dear oh dear dave i realy dont know how you keep going in the face of this sort of thing. i know knight put a cheque for £10 in an envelope and ask for a DPA request!!!! you prized prannok.
  5. you have given them 14 days to reply i would sugest that if they have said that they will contact you in 5-7 days that this is not a final response from the bank so wait till the 14 days are up, that will take you up to the 30th. plenty of time for them to send you your "were not giving you your money back and this is our final resonse letter!!!". good luck with your claim.
  6. sorry still i diddnt mean for the DPA if you send your request and then the LBA recorded delivery they cannot fob you off saying they havent received it, and even if they do you have the proof you posted it so just move on to the claim.
  7. still send it recorded delivery it only costs a pound, they cannot say they have not received it then, and it sound to me like they are just stalling send the lba recorded and in 2 weeks file a claim. good luck.
  8. shozie ring debitas and tell them the amount is in despute they might be able to hold off for a few weeks but knowing debitas like i do they will want money and quite alot i dont think they will settle for any less than £100 a month (well they didnt with me) and i only owed them £300 if you do not agree to make payments to debitas they will return it to C.1 who will pass it on to another firm that will accept smaller payments. good luck with your claim with C.1
  9. the daily rate of interest and the 8% cannot be added to your claim until you have filed a court claim, the only interest you can claim for is interest they have charged you on their charges and not you overdraft (unless it is made up entirely of charges) please have another read of the FAQ`s. just to be certain of what you can and cannot claim for.
  10. nice to read that even though they do charge for a bounced d/d that they will infact (after 10 breaches or so) tell you to f off, i wish Lloyds had done that to me years ago thus saving me over 2k.
  11. dont forget razorwire that you dont add the 8% until you make a court claim and the only interest u can claim is that for interest they have levied on you for going overdrawn through their charges, this is very hard to work out and would not be a lot of money anyway. Good luck with your claim.
  12. thanks for the link tygermoth it was most helpfull.
  13. sorry gone a bit quit at my end i have received a final letter from our friend Mr just even though i have not sent the LBA yet!! trying to get my timing right, parachute deployed but i don't want to use it as i`m hoping Lloyd's are not going to be funny and call in my overdraft. If they do i cant really have them do it just as i get paid as that would certainly put me up the creek without a paddle. Also i`m struggling at the moment to find the funds to take it to court. Which i know the banks are counting on to lessen their losses.
  14. was there really any need to be so condescending sean?? i think not, anyway it`s forgotten about and my post shall be edited so meets with your approval. Ty:grin:
  15. sorry not all of us are blessed with marvelous standards of grammar, if you have not got anything constructive or pleasent to say then say nothing please,
  16. reminds me of the lovely letter the young ones were writing to their bank mamager in one of their episodes i think they all had a bit of input i cant remember it all but neil wrote "may the seed of your loins grow fruitfull in the belly of your woman" can any1 remember the whole thing?
  17. Here`s a good one for ya, just received my latest bill from our mates at NTL, it is £15 over what it should be as they have included a service i didn`t want, so i rang the nice scottish man at customer services to cancel the sevice i didn`t want or ask for he was very polite and did in on the spot. I asked him to send me out a revised bill, here`s the daft bit because there going onto this new system where late payments will get charged the £10 PENALTY FEE he couldn't send me a revised bill, so said the only way i could not get the late payment PENALTY would be to pay the whole bill then get a smaller 1 next month!!!!! (if i don't pay the whole bill it will come up as a late payment). Why the hell should we pay for something i havent got? Gonna get the wife onto it tonight as i just lose my rag and tell em to f off in the end. Just to recap I've got a bill for £15 over what it should be and to not get charged the PENALTY FEE of £10 they`ve said i must pay it all!!!!!! lmfao how silly are these companies going to get I've already got my letter ready for if and when they do charge me this £10. Oh well............
  18. scorpio they cannot transfer it to their own court no matter who the defendant is. it goes like this company-company defendants court, person -person defendants court person -company persons court no matter who the defendant is. once again some1 correct me if i`m wrong but Ive just read along those lines in the court procedures
  19. i just thought that if an individual took on a corporation no matter who the defendant was it was at the individuals court, it would be the same if Lloyd's took me to court, please correct me if i am misinformed.
  20. lloyds dont seem to be offering any one anything!!!! lol the mucky donkey is tighter than a ducks ass in a storm
  21. sry but if you are the individual taking on a company isnt it at your local court? i thought unless you were taking on a person (which would be at their court ) it should be conducted at your local court. please correct me if i am wrong?
  22. on my customer notes the first page says letter "standard letter automatically generated first class central" then after a few notes of manual intervention all the subsiquent notes say "standard letter first class central" my question is does any one elses say this? or have they realised that the "automatically generated" is detrimantal to them so have ommitted it?
  23. tee hee we are the MEMBERS of the BAG!!!! :D that really was bad for a tuesday dinner time, sorry
  24. it`s best to make sure you have your DPA as if there is any manual intervention it will show up on that, copy statements are fine for totaling up how much they owe you but you really need the DPA info. (IF it ever got to court you would need the info to back up your claim) so by all means start the ball rolling just make sure you get the DPA.
  25. cheers B/F just thought i`d made a monumental cock up and i want to have everything perfect WHEN i have to goto court (i just know its gonna be me lol )
