Sorry I've not got back to your replies sooner but my dad has had a very big stroke and is in hospital at the moment receiving care so I've not had the time to come on and talk to you all as I have wished to do. I have NOT come on here to offend anyone, how many times do I need to say this. If people's ego's are so fragile that when someone comes on asking a few questions of this site and points out some flaws that people have to take it this way- they seriously need to take a good look at themselves in the mirror. I am glad, and I know you have helped people on the forum- you may have put in all the time in the world and I congratulate you for it, however, if you think for one second that I will drop £200 into this sites donation box just because a used a few templates.. and got some, and to be fair, 2 useless posts from bankfodder and a new thread popped up sarcastically I might add going off about people mistakes- NOBODY on this site has earned my £200- quite frankly, I would donate £10 to the site, because thats how much I would value the help I was given at. Again, Im not here to cause trouble- however if I do see problems on the site, dont think for one second I wont brush over them like a lot of you seem to have done. What amazes you so much Phil? The way that barclays wouldnt accept a note on my account saying all future charges were to be reversed?? It doesnt really bother me to be honest- I'll just make another claim for the new charges if any come up, I'll call them first naturally to see if they want to comply with my wises- the usual crap I get is that the charges are lawfull.. so its back to the claim I go.

Maybe if you used the 'magic search button' that digs through all the junk threads you will find the information quicker - apparently. I am using my energy in helping people- dont worry about that, the count is 11 people I've helped today so far via PM and email.. so I am being constructive and also I am NOT and never will be trying to justify myself on here- I dont need to. Also: the comment about being a time waster is quite laughable really- seeing as how I am actively helping people out and all you can do is try and stir up and argument again. So who is wasting who's time exactly?

Good question mate! They wouldnt let me do that after I spoke to their representative. So.. I've got to make another claim seeing as how barclays basically wont accept the fact that I've already won them once when I spoke to them on the phone- so it seems I've got to submit another claim to the courts it seems. I think I will be claiming forever at this rate- they just dont seem to learn.

We have been advised that confidentiality is something that can be passed "down the line", so if we are seen to have allowed a user to openly discuss the outcome of a case that was subject to confidentiality, we could theorically be liable to action too. Nope, I am not in any way going to start a copycat site up. However, I have just received some information that I found most interesting about this comment of yours that you claim you spend more than £200 a month in hosting this site- clear your inbox out and I will PM you first as I dont really want to be putting such information on here. ALSO: I asked you for information regarding this site, a couple of my friends have tried to locate you under companieshouse using Consumer Action Group which you cannot be found under... so do you have a ltd company number as well? Also they have asked- with all the donations you are taking in, why are you not a registered charity as well?

So why just not have replied to me in the first place- and just ignored me if what I am putting is so bad? Really.... there are people that need help. Suggestion from me- stick to helping them

Why not... why not just close every other thread as well when someone is not happy with the site and has an opinion different to other peoples. Barclays like to shut people up as well...

So if thats the case, and I have supposedly broken the rules.. why havent I been removed from the site then? Seems that you need to define what area's of the banks are acceptable my friend- IT has nothing to do with the major running of the banks daily other financial stuff.

All I will say is, because I really havent got time to start arguing again because people need my help- if this site is go good at guiding people- people wouldnt be making mistakes and having to ask me for help would they?
