Aargh! How do I respond!?!

After lending stream told me they could only set up repayment over the phone they have now backtracked and given me account details but say:Thank you for your email. We would like to inform you that we can only accept £25 for 3 months then you need to better the offer and you need to pay atleast £60 a month.If you agree to it we will setup a a payment plan and email you the same as total balance is £539.50.How do I respond? My offer is £20 per month, if I refuse I am worried I will then look unreasonable!?

I think the offer is reasonable. If you can push to £25 then do it but if you can't stick to your guns

Thanks for your reply, the problem comes in 3 months when they want £60, and that they are not the only company asking me for more AND wanting an increase in 3 months. I will have to stick to my guns I suppose, unless soneone advises that would have a detrimental effect if any 'case' occured?

They can say what they like if they have given you their bank details then you pay them what you can afford of course they will scream just get some ear plugs.

Yep low priority creditors, pay them only what you can afford, not what they want you to afford.

in 3 months time explain that your situation has not got any better and you can only continue the same deal
