Hi all,

we have a problem with the NatWest.

We have no overdraft facilities on our account, yet the NatWest got our account overdrawn with charges for charges for charges.. get the picture?

Anyway, we have not had my husbands money go into the account for that reason and have been on the phone to them numerous times over this, with no success.

On saturday we received a letter of notice of intention to register a default notice.

On the front of the letter it says they are giving us 28 days form the date of the letter, which was printed on the 9th october. Now on the next page they tell us to make payment by the 26th october. Tell me I am dumb, but that is only 17 days not 28, thats not even just working days..

i have scanned both letters, but I can't attach them as I have not posted 10 times yet :/ maybe somebody could shed some light on this for me? Isn't that illegal?

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

thanks

daniela
