Help! I have gone on to internet banking for Lloyds and selected all the charges from July 2002. This has given me a list of....

Account Charge

O/Draft Excess Fee

O/Draft Interest

Unpaid Cheque

Unpaid D/D

Unpaid S/O

What ones of these listed can i claim for?? I was going to send the letter where i know how much i was going to claim but it divides it into charges and interest amounts... is this interest what is calculated on the spreadsheet (in the forum) or can i claim the above O/Draft interest?

Really not sure where to go from here, please help.

Thanks!!

You can claim all except the o/d interest, unless it is due to the charges only. for example, if you didn't have an o/d, but being charged for bounced cheque put you in o/d,then you could reclaim. Likewise, you can reclaim the interest incurred from the charges, but the calculation is complicated.

I don't know about the account charge, what is it? If it's because you pay to have a certain type of account that would not be reclaimable either.

Read the FAQs and the forum material, know what you're doing. Then go for it.
