Help! I have gone on to internet banking for Lloyds and selected all the charges from July 2002. This has given me a list of.... Account Charge O/Draft Excess Fee O/Draft Interest Unpaid Cheque Unpaid D/D Unpaid S/O What ones of these listed can i claim for?? I was going to send the letter where i know how much i was going to claim but it divides it into charges and interest amounts... is this interest what is calculated on the spreadsheet (in the forum) or can i claim the above O/Draft interest? Really not sure where to go from here, please help. Thanks!!
