Hi. I placed an order with asda this week. It didn't arrive so I called customer services only to be told that the order had been cancelled because they couldn't take payment from my debit card. I could see quite clearly that they payment had left my bank account. I told them this and they said they'd look into it and call me back.

They didn't call back so I called them. They told me the same thing again and said I should check with my bank.

I called my bank and they confirmed what I already knew so I called asda again. This time I was told that they did have the payment. I asked why I was previously told that they didn't. They said they didn't know why I had been 'lied' to and didn't know why my order was cancelled. I demanded a refund which I was told could take up to 10 days.

They have left me in real trouble. I have no food in the house and no money in my bank. The only money I have is sitting in asdas bank waiting to be returned. I'll be in this situation for almost a week. :-x:mad2::-x
